beats headphones wireless Breeland kicked out of practice
RICHMOND Cornerback Bashaud Breeland was kicked out of Monday morning’s walk through at practice after getting physical with receiver Terrelle Pryor Sr. during the non contact session.A few hours later, Washington coach Jay Gruden said any issues have “been resolved, hopefully.” Gruden stopped the drill in the morning session and asked for a corner other than Breeland to step in.”They just had a little argument,” Gruden said. “It happens. So we just cooled it down and stopped the drill for them and let somebody else take the reps.”Breeland participated in the team’s afternoon practice, but warmed up away from the rest of the team on the sideline. Defensive coordinator Greg Manusky and secondary coach Torrian Gray talked to the cornerback as he stretched. Pryor didn’t play in the afternoon, though that was because of a decision from coaches to get Pryor, Ryan Kerrigan and Josh Norman rest. After practice, Breeland didn’t comment on the incident, walking past reporters. Breeland was seemingly set off by a post on Comcast Sports Net’s website, which detailed a lukewarm answer Gruden gave to whether Breeland was having a good camp.”He’s doing good,” Gruden had said Sunday, taking a long pause. “He’s such a competitive guy. He gets in trouble sometimes, he’s so overly competitive, but for the most part, I like what he’s doing,
man. He’s doing his job, working at his craft, and he’s working with a new defensive backs coach with some new fundamental techniques and some new coverages. All the defensive backs are going through a little bit of a change right now, but I’m hoping that come game time against Philadelphia we get it all squared away and they feel really comfortable. I think he’s doing good.”Breeland responded on social media.”Character can’t be a question . so what is it talent?” he tweeted on Monday morning. When Breeland came out for the ‘ morning walk through, he plugged his Beats by Dr. Dre earbuds into his ears. While Breeland stood near the back of the end zone and a reporter looked at him, he told the reporter to stop. Later, he was kicked out of the drill.Several players talked to Breeland as he came off the field at the end of the morning’s practice, including tight end Vernon Davis. The veteran put his arm around Breeland as the two talked. The corner came out for the afternoon session 30 minutes early to get work in. While he warmed up for the session, Davis talked to Breeland again.Between the two sessions, Breeland posted a picture of LeBron James celebrating on Instagram and responded to another Instagram user who criticized the way Breeland responded to the article, “I don’t care bout all that lol yal crack me up I love this [expletive].””I’ve got a good sense of who he is. I really do. I think he’s a very competitive individual and he wants to be great. I have no problem with that,” Gruden said. “Sometimes he does get a little heated from time to time, as do a lot of other guys, as do I. So we just have got to channel our emotions and take it out on the other team, not on our own players.”Injury notesJosh Doctson didn’t practice in the ‘ afternoon session because of a hamstring strain and is considered day to day. Levern Jacobs and Trent Williams both returned to practice Monday.
