I went into this AT store to do a “Transfer of Member’s Responsibility”, from my former friend’s phone line. The clerk went into the account and found out, that nothing was transpired. Nothing was written in the acct. Therefore, I had to call my former friend up again. She then, spoke to the clerk and gave permission for my two phone lines to be transferred over into my “own” acct. After, that wasdone, I was then told that I have two acct’s with AT Of which, one of them I didn’t know about. The clerk didn’t know, which one to transfer my new line into.So, before he checked out the two acct’s, he just chose one and transfer my two line’s over. I left the store and was not happy at all, because I was told that, if I didn’t pay $617 I would not have my two phone lines transferredover into my own acct. And on top of that, I still didn’t get my “Next Program”, in which I was on before. And later, that day I called the 1 800, for AT and spoke to Tiffany from Atlanta and was told, that I didn’t have to pay off,for my two phones and also, I should have been carried over into the “Next Program”. And not only that,but Tiffany also,
told me that I had a balance of $87 on my new acct, which was impossible, because I paid my bill off, from theprevious week, before I was transferred over to my new acct. Tiffany, says that she needs to put me on hold, while she call the Finance Dept. And Finance told her, that it’s because I owed this balance, and that’s why I had to payoff for my two phones. And then, she told me, that I need to speak to the “Fraud” Dept, because this acct was from the year 2000. And this balance of $87 was already charged off. I spoke to Jennifer in the Fraud,and she also, told me, that I did not need to pay off for my two phones. It should have been a “smooth” transition, and the “Next Program” should have been there also. Since, I have been a customer for 15 years with AT I shouldn’t have been through all this hassle, she told me. I am very disappointed with AT I now feel, as if I should have been “transferred” out of AT all together instead, of transferring to my own acct. I am not satisfied at all. Ashkan the store manager, was more than eager to please me and my family and did just about anything to make sure our experience at his store was nothing short of a 110% satisfaction. My sales guy Chris was very knowledgeable and offered to help choose the right accessories for my 2 iPhones and beats by dre xl pill. he let us try on many different cases before we purchased them so that way we knew that when we walked out of that door,
we were 100% satisfied. I defiantly recommend this store and these two gentlemen. they will assist you with any and everything you need.
